Payment volume and count feed the financial model. SENTR.Citadel list price uses monthly billable decision events — a protected business action that successfully returns a risk decision. One customer journey can include multiple billable decisions (e.g. registration + payment + payout).

The total euro value of payments you process each month. Used for financial modelling — not the SENTR.Citadel billing unit.

Payment value for ROI modelling — separate from billable decision events

Number of payments processed each month. Used for AOV and payment-loss modelling.

Used for AOV, chargeback fee count, and payment-side financial estimates

Count of protected business actions SENTR evaluates (registration, payment, payout, bonus, etc.). This drives SENTR.Citadel usage fees.

Buyers should see how SENTR.Citadel list price is calculated before a sales conversation. We publish billable decision-event rates and industry platform fees so finance and fraud owners can model economics early. The method is visible so your team can challenge the assumptions before committing.
