You can use the website, ask questions and book a session without accepting analytics. Optional measurement starts only after you choose it.
1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy covers sentr.io. Cookies are small browser files; similar technologies include local storage and tab session storage. Our Privacy policy explains the associated personal information, providers, retention, transfers and rights. A customer’s SENTR platform deployment has separate service arrangements.
2. Your choices
“Accept analytics” allows optional Google Analytics measurement. “Reject optional” leaves it off. “Settings” lets you choose and save a preference. We use the same choice for UK and EU visitors. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing settings is not consent.
Essential functions support your requested chat and remember your privacy choice. Optional campaign storage and analytics remain off until you accept. We do not send pre-consent browsing events to Google or replay them after acceptance. Advertising tags, Google Signals and customer-data matching are not part of this setup.
3. Cookies and browser storage

Measurement includes public-page visits and selected interactions with navigation, content, tools and enquiry journeys. We exclude form answers, chat messages, emails, financial calculator inputs, search text and CRM identifiers. Page addresses omit query parameters and fragments. Approved campaign values may pass separately.
Google Analytics event-level and user-level retention is configured to 14 months; new consented activity may reset user-level retention. Aggregated reports may last longer. These server-side retention settings are different from browser cookie lifetimes. See the full measurement notice.
4. Bookings and third-party services
Loading a HubSpot calendar or following an external booking link connects you to HubSpot. It receives technical and booking information and may use functional or security cookies. The booking service presents its own notices and controls. We do not load a website-wide HubSpot tracking script.
Hosting and service providers also process technical requests to deliver and protect the website. Rejecting analytics does not stop the network requests needed for a page, requested answer or booking. Provider details and international transfers are explained in our Privacy policy.
5. Change or withdraw your choice
Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to reopen settings. Withdrawal stops further website analytics collection and clears local campaign state and accessible analytics cookies. It does not erase information already received by Google.
Following the company update on 23 September 2026, an earlier analytics opt-in must be renewed before further measurement starts. Existing unexpired rejections remain respected.
If no choice control is displayed, optional analytics is not enabled on that page or environment. You can also remove cookies and storage using your browser settings. This can reset your saved choice and chat continuity; browser session restoration can affect tab storage.
