How do I connect my transaction feed to SENTR?

Integration is via read-only API. Your SENTR integration engineer will provide credentials on Day 1 of the onboarding call. Full API documentation is available at /platform/api-infrastructure.

My integration is returning errors — what do I check first?

Check: (1) API key format, (2) endpoint URL, (3) event payload schema against the documentation. If still unresolved, email support@sentr.io with your error log and integration reference ID.

How long does the 8-day integration take if we hit issues?

The 8-day timeline includes buffer for common integration issues. Your integration engineer is available throughout. Escalate via a follow-up Architecture Session if needed — book via the contact page.

How do I know SENTR is running in parallel with my stack?

Your integration dashboard shows event volume ingested vs. your production stream. If the delta is greater than 5%, contact your integration engineer directly.

When do I receive my Day 50 intelligence report?

Reports are delivered within 48 hours of Day 50. Your integration engineer will schedule a debrief call. If you haven't received scheduling confirmation by Day 48, email support@sentr.io.

Can I request a mid-run progress update?

Yes — weekly progress updates are available on request. Contact your integration engineer directly via the email thread from onboarding.

Where can I download my explainability documentation?

Audit log exports are available on request. Submit via the API documentation endpoint or email support@sentr.io with your decision reference IDs.

What format is the explainability output in?

Structured JSON, exportable to CSV. Format conforms to EU AI Act Article 13 transparency requirements. See /platform/api-infrastructure for the full field specification.

I have a regulatory submission deadline — how fast can I get an export?

Exports are generated on demand. Standard delivery is under 45 minutes from request. For urgent regulatory submissions, flag "URGENT — REGULATORY" in your email subject line to support@sentr.io.
